Preparing for the playoffs...

Hey guys, was looking for some assistance...

Looking at my roster I feel it has value, except the direction I am heading in isnt the most efficient for this kind of squad. 12 Team H2H 9 cat

So far I have been dominating Blocks, and TOs. I am just above average in the rest of the cats except. I am looking to focus the team. On what though I am not too sure.

I am considering looking for a third solid PG because Shved is just not cutting it, or trading my big name players and trying to focus on points, 3s, blocks, TO and rebounds...

Holiday
Westbrook
Dudley
Thornton
Matthews
Barnes
Gordon
Foye (I dropped Shved, I am streaming this spot)

Glen Davis
Mullens
Al Jefferson
Tim Duncan
Andrew Bynum
Larry Sanders

I am not afraid of stashing mullens or bynum. All year I have been holding onto 2 injured players and the team has managed to keep me in third place. I love Thorntons upside with 3s but he is just not cutting it. I also like mullens upside plus he can give 3s. Anyways as you can see, the team's focus is scattered, help center it please?

Thanks in advanced.

What's on the WW?

I'd shop Holiday. Get low TOs back and you improve drastically there. Don't forget Bynum is a TO machine. So is Gordon. What's on WW? You've got about 3 weak spots.

Let's see...

We've got devin Harris, shved, belinelli, young, fields, augustin, tinsley, miles, anderson, zeller, seraphin, pachulia, butler, barea, salmons.

If I were to trade holiday what stats and players should I be targeting? Which stats would make the team more efficient?

2-for-1. Trust good talent to come in the pipeline the next 3-6 weeks. It always does.

I'd look to package Holiday/Gordon for a stud. Those are always the toughest to pull off, though; who wants to give up a t15 player?

You already have my favorite target (Jefferson). imo Duncan's worth holding onto; you're not gonna get the first-round value for him you should, and he's simply playing too well to sell him off for t25 talent in the anticipation that he gets rested down the stretch.

He will get rested, no doubt, but enough to where he still won't be t15? t20? It's a fine line to walk. In the right deal I'd move him, but I wouldn't be panicky about it.

Be creative, dude. Holiday/Westbrook/Duncan/Sanders should all be on the table.

My fave guys to target include Batum, Harden, Lee, LA, R Anderson, Curry.

Thanks apathy. As for any stats to focus on are there any you recommend to focus? Or it just depends on the trades

I'd have to be in your league to say for sure. That's the legwork you have to do. At this time of the season if I'm in h2h leagues I go through the history and see what cats I tend to win/lose. In roto you would look at the cats you could make up the most ground in, and the cats you have little chance of making up or losing ground in, and devise specific trade targets from there.

W/o that info (and to be clear, I am not requesting it -- that's your job of being a GM) I'm just a value specialist. I'm looking for value -- significant value -- wherever I can find it and sorting out the deets later.
