JJ Hickson for Faried?

I'm having a dilemma with way too many players from the same team so I got offered Faried for my JJ Hickson, should I do it?

Michael Beasley(Suns)

Jimmy Butler(Bulls)

2 Bulls 3 Suns 3 Blazers 2 Raptors

hickson has been more consistent lately. The only concern with hickson is his trade rumors.

bbm has faried ~20 spots higher than hickson the past month

Faried has been better lately but they've been about the same on the year.

I'd take Faried because I see more upside there. Hickson is gettting 30 minutes on the team with the worst bench in NBA history so its not like those minutes are going to increase. If he was going to get more run he would be already. Karl has been yanking around Faried's minutes this year so there's upside there if that stops. Its Karl so I doubt it, but a solid couple weeks of play from Faried could do it.
