The team is obviously not very good, however the jewel of this team is that it currently owns the #2 pick in the rookie draft as well as the 2nd pick in the 2nd round.

The way I see it, the only way to rebuild this team is to pull off a Philadelphia level tank and asset accumulation I could be interested if it doesn't bug the other GM's or the balance of the league isn't too delicate such that I would disrupt it.

As is there are 4-6 heavy weight teams who currently are a cut above the rest, if you feel up to the task of turning the team around and would be in it for the long haul we would love to have you.
