KAT, Bledsoe for sure, then it is a tossup between Wiggins and Okafor. Thing about Wiggins is he has to up his other stats besides scoring, which seems to be his trend right now. Okafor is good, but he is coming off (non serious) surgery, but you already have KAT in the C position, so I don't think you need him. I would personally lean towards Wiggins because his upside is still very high.
As for the others, I am not convinced with Russell, he is a low assist PG, Crowder I like a lot but don't know if he is just in a fluke year or not. Rubio is an assist machine but his scoring/shooting and TO are liabilities, also if you take Towns and Wiggins and Rubio you would have 3 Timber wolves lol.
The hard part is just anticipating which of your 3 can hold near top 3 value. The 3 keeper total is pretty small so I think you can afford a bit of a gamble in your keeper since plenty of guys will be available in your draft.

Good analysis posted by NeoDragonKnight.
It would depend on how is your draft going to be for next season. Is it going to be a normal keeper draft? Or would you lose rounds for keeping players? Also, it would matter where you're picking next season.
If I have your team, and assuming it's just a straight up keeper league, I'd pick KAT, Okafor, and Russell as keepers. Look to draft Bledsoe in maybe the 3rd or fourth round if I really like him. The idea is, people will likely buy low on Bledsoe next season considering he is coming off a season-ending surgery. On the other hand, KAT, Okafor, and Russell will be picked higher than expected and there will always be these managers in keeper leagues who will likely reach for young duds like them. Wiggins is not as fantasy-sexy and is looking more like DeRozan. But again, if you really like him, he should be available on maybe the 4th round.
Another way to look at this. KAT and Okafor should provide you with decent big man stats, particularly rebounding. Russell will surely get major burn in LA next season without Kobe. His usage will surely go up, and his numbers should go up as well. If you'll look at it, by sticking with KAT and Okafor, you'll only need maybe a couple or so more big men to compete for the big man stats. And so you can focus on drafting backcourt stats in the opening rounds. Picking Bledsoe would then make sense. If you can snag a better PG before Bledsoe, then you'll have a good base. Russell is a versatile wing who can contribute all around. Look to pair him with similar players like Clarkson, Fournier, George Hill, etc. later in the draft.
Bigs that should likely go well with KAT and Okafor are Pau Gasol and Brook Lopez. Gasol could be available, Brook will most likely be a keeper. Kanter should also be a good investment.
