Would you trade Noel for Thompson?

In this 10 teamer? I was offered Howard and Thompson for Horford and Thompson which I declined and he countered with this. Normally I would say no but Thompson has been playing well. Also split on going with more rebounding or scoring. I just picked up Gilchrist and got Randle on waivers vs going with more scoring in Bzemore and Rivers.. Thompson is heating up but like Noel's efficiency on my team. I eitehr suck in rebounds or I don't. Is it better to punt a category or not? I've made my rebounding relavant but sacrificed some other stuff to do it.
