Taking Down a Super Team

So we are in the second year of a 14 team 12 Categories (9 Cat plus DD, Triple Doubles, & OReb) H2H Keeper League.

There is one team that has been stacked with talent, but I have made it my goal to take him down.

Clearly his team is better than mine, but I'm hoping that I could execute a strategy to take him down. Do you guys have any suggestions on what to tank, who to trade, or who to target? Do I have a chance or do I need to start praying to the Fantasy Karma Gods?
