Would this be the worst team in the NBA?

Slightly off topic but I put together a mock expansion draft this offseason and was wondering what this teams record would be? I think they could compete with teams like the Nets, Knicks, Bulls, etc.

PG- Rajon Rondo, free agent
SG- Iman Shumpert, expansion draft
SF- Josh Jackson, Draft
PF- Kenneth Faried, expansion draft
C- Jalil Okorfor, Expansion Draft

PG- Shane Larkin, free agent
SG- Malik Monk, Draft
SG- Bryn Forbes, Expansion Draft
SF- Demarre Carroll, Expansion Draft
SF- Doug McDermott, Expansion Draft
SF- OG Anouby, Draft
PF- John Henson, Expansion Draft
PF- Caleb Swanigan, Draft
C- Myers Leonard, Expansion Draft
C- Jordan Bell, Draft

Likely, but a lot would depend on the coach and front office. Orlando tried to tank 99-00 but Doc Rivers coached them up and they almost made the playoffs with a 41-41 record.

With that rotation for sure. There's zero spacing in that starting lineup. I'd have to think Monk & Carroll would need to start with Rondo.

Rondo
Monk
Jackson
Carroll
Okafor or Faried

That makes more sense and might be interesting
