No brainer. There's a still a couple months before the fantasy POs begin. Kawhi could swing the league. He might not be ready by then, but I wouldn't be comfortable letting another top team get a potential first rounder for free.

I'd pick him up IF any of the following are true:

you can stash him on the IL

this is a keeper

You are dominate enough that you can afford the wasted roster sport and still make the playoffs and you have someone drop worthy.

Keep in mind he will not be in shape upon his return.
