Sorry if this is not the place to put this, I didn't know where else to.

I had nba 2k14 but I'm looking for an nba 2k that has the choice of forming a team and being able to pick players that are retired, like nba legends, including those among the top 50?

If so which nba 2k is it? ie. nba 2k16

18 allows you to do a fantasy draft against all time great teams. Also has the option to pick only 1 version of each player. I think 17 did too - but not sure about the single version of each player option . . .

Cheers. Will do more reading up on it because I wanted to create a team made up of some of the greats ever.
