Auction software

Greetings. I have been searching for an auction drafting tool similar to that of FootballGuys' draft dominator (they're football only).
I'd like to find -- or build -- a tool that can take my league settings & stat projections and churn out auction values. As a bonus, I would like this tool the be dynamic, in that values of available players change as the other players are purchased for above/below their projected values.
Two questions:
(1) Do you know if this tool exists for basketball, and if so can you point me to it?
(2) Do you or someone you know have the ability and interest to build such a tool?
