How would you go about constructing your team in this league?

I have my draft in about 1 week. These are the settings of my league... What kind of build should I be aiming for?

12 teams, H2H

Roster Positions:PG, SG, G, SF, PF, F, C, C, Util, Util, BN, BN, BN, IL, IL

Field Goals Attempted (FGA) -.3
Field Goals Made (FGM) .3
Free Throws Attempted (FTA) -.25
Free Throws Made (FTM) .25
3-point Shots Made (3PTM) .5
Points Scored (PTS) 1
Total Rebounds (REB) 1.2
Assists (AST) 1.5
Steals (ST) 3
Blocked Shots (BLK) 3
Turnovers (TO) -1
Double-Doubles (DD) 3
Triple-Doubles (TD) 6

A good rule of thumb is to load up on bigs and point guards. Generally speaking these are the guys that will most likely get you double doubles. SGs and SFs should be 3 point specialists. Generally you want to target triple doubles guys in the first three to four rounds and then focus on big men, 3 point specialists and point guards on the subsequent rounds. Ideally you look to be putting 5 big men in your lineup.
