MODS - ESPN/REALGM Fantasy League Divisions

Would any mods at RealGM be interested in setting up some ESPN fantasy basketball leagues?
Standard 10 team H2H leagues titled: REALGM DIV 1, REALGM DIV 2, REALGM DIV 3 etc.
Each player is only eligible to play in 1 realgm league per season - The bottom 2 teams drop down a division and the top 2 teams move up a division (any team dropping out is replaced by the next highest ranking team)
