Depends if you are in a dynasty/keeper league or not, Kat is a top 5 player, and getting a top 5 player that lasts you years in dynasty is hard to come by, especially if you are for instance only keeping 5 players. I would do it easily in a 5 keeper dynasty league for instance as JV and Nance are borderline keepers.
as for OP, Id keep Brogdon, top 25 player, Dinwiddie is meh, Hayes hasn't done anything and may take years to develop, Haliburton looks good though, but its hard to justify giving up a top 25 player for him just yet (hes actually top 15 player right now). Plus Brogdon just hit his prime so you will have a bunch of years of using him if you think he can sustain his production.
