Okay one last spot. I sort of got confused with the whole idea of replacing inactive managers. Anyways long story short, its a keeper league with 13 managers looking for a 14th to make it even (as required by Yahoo).

But since we only had 12 last year, any new teams over 12 won't have any keepers this year. If that's not an issue, then come on down.
