OT: Fantasy players and Gamblers - where do you get your NBA alerts from?

Sorry it's not another Lebron/Jokic/Luka/Embiid thread:)
A simple question - where do you get your injury updates, starting 5s and similar alerts for your fantasy games or gambling?
I want to focus the question on "heavy" players, those who would never miss an injury (when I played fantasy, I lost too many H2H just because I wasn't active enough), but of course, everyone is welcome to provide their input (or roast my stupid question).
If you can elaborate a bit - it would be awesome:
- Is it fast enough? (i.e. you receive it way after Shams tweet)
- is it comprehensive enough? anything you miss/do not get from that app?
- how an ideal app (or feature inside your current fantasy/gambling app) should be looking?
If mods decide it doesn't belong here/lock it (fair enough) - would love to get your answers in DM.
The agenda behind the question is simple - I have some free time (there was a thread a few months back about how I can't take my IT job anymore - and here I am
), so I'm thinking about some side projects*, probably just for fun. In this case, of course there are dedicated apps/features for injury updates, I'm not going to invent a wheel here, I just want to check their quality/usability vs what I have in my head.
