Take the chance or stick with consistency?

I'm currently in an 8 team league consisting of 10 players.

My team is as follows:

PG-Chris Paul
SG-Kevin Durant
SF-Tracy McGrady
PF-Al Jefferson
C-Tim Duncan
Util-Rudy Gay
Util-Emeka Okafor
Util-Tony Parker
Bench-LaMarcus Aldridge
Bench-Ben Gordon

The trade is

Ben Gordon & Al Jefferson

FOR

Manu Ginobolli & Carlos Boozer

I know I lose out on blocks, but gain in steals. I also improve my fg% and gain in free throw attempts.

BG is now coming off the bench and is putting up better numbers, but as a Bulls fan, I will tell you he is streaky all season. This current success might just be a little bit of a chip on his shoulder and who knows how long it will last unitl the frustration starts to bother him about not starting. Al Jeff isn't playing for a contendor and who knows when he'll start to mail it in. Havn't heard much about his work ethic, so I guess I'm assuming for a young guy.

Manu is super consistent and Pop has now rested him for the stretch run. (injury my ass, its just a coincidence Parker, Duncan, and Manu are interchanging their injury sabaticles). Boozer has been solid but I'm not convinced he has lifted the injury tag from his career.

Take it or leave it?
