I dropped Kleiza for Ford last week, and took a little heat for it here

still, I feel a bit better about my decision now that he may be back friday

if your team can take a little less production for maybe a week or two, I would pull the trigger.

Ford is actually playing right now as we speak against Miami..
Looks a bit rusy though..but I see him playing around 15-18mins ..

Ford had a pretty decent game today despite limited minutes, and looks in fine condition and managed to do a 1 handed dunk from the sideline

Personally I would keep Rondo. He should put up solid numbers in almost all categories. His only weakness is 3's. Keep Rondo, don't drop him for Ford unless you are in dire need of a shakeup.
