What's the catch?

I've been offered Zack Randolph, Mo Williams, and Al Harrington for Kaman, Peja, and Rashad McCants.
I'm in a 9 cat league (fg%, ft%, points, assists, rebounds, steals, blocks, 3s made, and turn overs).
It seems pretty good for me. I am already strong in rebounds and blocks (I have Dwight Howard and Josh Smith) and am weak in ft%, assists, steals, and 3s.
Judging by the average stats over the last month I come out slightly ahead in the categories I need (and way ahead in assists) and pretty well over all (aside from blocks and rebounds where I can take the hit.)
I've been worried about how Kaman will do as the season wears on with him logging all those minutes and Brandt coming back, but I guess that evens out Harrington's playing with Webber and for Nellie.
Is there something I'm missing about the future outlook of Harrington, Mo or Zack?
I should add that I'm (barely) in first in my league, so I'm not desperate.
