I would. Foye is just coming off that prolonged injury and has still only played 5 games so far this year, so of course he is a little rusty right now. His minutes are starting to increase now as he is getting back into the flow of things, and I'm positive he'll be starting and probably getting 30+ minutes by early March, at least. Once that happens, he'll definitely be a good fantasy option.
You may be able to wait until after the all-star break, but if it were me....I wouldn't risk someone else getting him before that. Of course thats easier to do when you're already one of the top teams in your league and pretty much locked into the playoffs.....and you can take a gamble on someone who may be able to put you over the top.
