This trade is completely one sided. Carcia and Curry on on the waiver wire in most yahoo leagues, including the 4 im in. Curry is the only one of the two with some value and he randomly gets benched due to Isiah Thomas' odd substitution and lineup schemes. Garcia is pretty much worthless while Artest and Salmons are there, he hasn't played in the last 3 games. All of this while manu is ranked by Yahoo at 19.
This trade is rediculously in favor of team getting Manu. Not only is the guy giving up Manu, but he has to drop someone to make roster room for one of the scrubs comming back. Either these two are team stacking or the guy giving up Manu just knows nothing about basketball.

The only value Curry has, is negative value. I wouldn't go near him unless I am in a league as deep as the national one. The guy gets more turnovers than he gets blocks/steals/assists combined, he is bad news for your FT%, and his minutes could take a serious hit now and then.
Garcia however, is a force to reckon with IMO. Artest might be the next one to be traded, so that opens up a big hole for him. And he is a good stat sheet filler and might come close to averaging 1 steal/block/three with Artest out of town.
But off course Manu is on a whole other level.
So no, it is not fair.

Curry should not be on any team, even if it's a 20 team league. Like the poster above said he's got negative value. He kills you in FT, doesn't give assists/blocks/steals/threes and is a mediocre rebounder for a big man. His scoring is also down this year. So basically he gives you FG% and this is useless unless he takes a lot of shots.
Right now Garcia is also an FA player. If Artest gets traded, he will be better, but I still think Salmons gets the nod.
Ginobili is playing light our recently and is one of the best guards. He's a great rebounder for a guard as well.
This trade is insanely unfair. Ginobili >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Garcia + Curry.
