Howard/RJ for Davis/Okafor

I've been trying to trade Howard and all offers have been rejected. However, one owner proposed this offer and I am thinking of accepting. He offered Okafor and Baron Davis for Howard and Jefferson. In our league, we have only seven cats (PTS, AST's, Steals, 3's, REB's, & FG & FT%'s). For our league, Davis is ranked 11th and Okafor is 92. Howard is 64 and Jefferson is 70. With my guards, I think this will make me really solid in the cats of PTS, AST's Steals, and 3's. Plus, Davis and Okafor have really good playoff schedules and I am guaranteed of making the playoffs. What do you think?
