Who are your top 3players that will decline and surprise people the bad way at each positon.AND who are your top 3players that will surprise people the good way at each posistion.Number 1 being the biggest surprise....
BAD SURPRISES
Centers
1.Big Z
2.B.Miller
3.Okur
Power Fowards
1.Pau
2.Z.Randolph
3.Aldrigde
Small Forwards

3.M.Miller
Shooting Guards
1.Ray Ray
2.B.Gordon
3.S.Jackson
Point Guards
1.Bibby
2.Kidd
3.B.Davis
By no means am i saying they will have bad years, but i am saying that i feel that they will not have a typical year or i fell they will get hurt(this is all just gut feeling)
GOOD SURPRISES
Centers
1.Darko
2.Oden
3.Biedrins
Power Forwards
1.Yi
2.Maxiell
3.Warrick
Small Forwards
1.W.Chandler
2.Outlaw
3.J.Green
Shooting Guards
1.Gerald Green
2.Courtney Lee

I put Green and Lee ahead of VC but that does not mean that I think they will have better years, I am just saying I think they will surprise more fantasy owners(VC is expected to have good years so it wouldnt be a big surprise if he has one this year).

I would dispute Okur. He was playing great ball after the ASG, averaging 16/8, and I would expect that to continue.
As for PFs, Not so sure about LMA though. Personally, I think he becomes more efficient playing alongside Oden.
For SFs, Pressure will be on Deng, but considering he came off a season where he battled injury, I think he will get a bit better. Mike Miller will be fine, IMO.
SGs, we know about Ray Ray's drop off. Outside the 50 is where he shall go this season. Gordon I can't see declining even more.
PGs: Bibby is a fair choice; I just think that more can go wrong with Kidd. Davis will still be good.
GOOD SURPRISES
Cs: Can't stomach Oden behind Darko. If you haven't been past the Blazers' board, you'd see that 12/10/2 numbers are easily attainable for Oden, which would make for an immediate top 50-60 ranking. I don't see Darko ever being much on a struggling Memphis team. Biedrins will always be a role player. I highly doubt he can score 15ppg.
PFs: Yi has to play out of his skin in order for your prediction to come true; we'll leave it at that for now. Maxiell doesn't have much more upside; if anything Amir Johnson will be the one making the noise.
SFs: Chandler I can see developing under D'Antoni, so yeah. Jeff Green, too, will get better for OKC. Travis Outlaw I can't though. Portland is stacked, and he won't be getting the minutes he got last year unless lots of injuries occur. Plus, I think he is slightly overrated.
SGs: Gerald Green could finally have a break-out season, but this really is a dark-horse pick. CLee's opportunities have been dampened slightly by the addition of Pietrus. VC, I don't know anymore. He can fire now, and fire he will.
PGs: I'm not sure how much better Devin can get. He's not a natural one, so 7 assists is almost tops for him. Improving his shooting is where he can get better though. I'm expecting bigger things out of Conley. Conversely, not out of Duhon though.

Yeah, Darko will never have a top 50 season, ever. Biedrins will, but he's not going to be any different than 10/10 1.5 any given year.
Jeff Green is going to average 30/10/10/2/2/2 next year, so yeah look for upside with that pick.

Agree mostly here, but I can't see Darko doing any better. He's had his chances. I'd put more money behind Kwame landing somewhere and playing well...and I doubt that will happen. Gerald Green has been pitiful, and got a contract that says, "We don't expect you to play much, but we'll try you out anyway" from the Mavericks.

My All-Positive Surprise Team
PG
Mike Conley - still the #1 PG going forward in Memphis. Playing with Mayo and Gay will be fun and be good for him.
SG
Joe Johnson - the addition of Bibby has really helped his game. If Atlanta keep the Joshes, you should see JJ on fire.
SF
Kevin Durant - we're gonna see more of what we saw late last season from Durant. Less 3s, better everything else.
PF
Tyrus Thomas - this could really be his year. I can forsee 12/7 with a block and a steal.
C
David Lee - D'Antoni's system will be great for him. I can see him averaging a nice 14/11/2
And my negatives:
PG
Chris Duhon - perhaps an unfair pick. Just don't overdraft him; he was never anything special to begin with
SG
Stephen Jackson - the Ws team isn't looking too good without B-Davis and not everyone having developed into finished produce. i just think he's going to assume too much responsbility, which is a bad thing
SF
Tracy McGrady - the impact he has on the game will far outdo what he brings to the stat-sheet.
PF
Zach Randolph - unless traded, he's not going to have a major impact...anywhere.
C
Marcus Camby - not a PF, and he might have to play there. Also had such a great season in 07-08, things are bound to get worse.

I'm not sure how some these are "surprises" unless surprise is synonymous with prediction.

Dissapointments:
PG: Kidd - Age already started to catch up to him last season. I see a big decline on the near horizon.
SG: E.Gordon - I don't think that he'll start or be very good when he does play due to his young age and poor grasp of the game. I think that people who expect him to start and put up decent numbers immediately are in for a shock. He's young, he's a project and with a veteran team trying to make the playoffs, Mobley is still going to get the minutes.
SF: G.Hill - I can't see 70 games out of him again and the Suns will have a new, less friendly offense in place which should cut his numbers. Also, rumour has it that he'll be coming off the bench this season.
PF: L.Aldridge - I would expect a reduction in both minutes and touches with Oden back.
C: Z.Ilgauskas - Between age and his foot injuries of his youth, decline will likely come fast and hard at some point soon.
Good Surprises
PG: D.Harris. I'd love to say Mike Conley but he seems to be struggling again in summer league and still can't hit 3's. So I'll go with Harris who finally get's to run his own show and become a top 50 fantasy producer.
SG: K.Hinrich. I expect the Bulls to get rid of Gordon. Then watch for Hinrich to bounce back to his top 50 form.
SF: Q.Richardson. W.Chandler is getting so much love from summer league he's quickly becoming overrated ala Bellini last year. But what about QRich getting reuinted with his coach from Phoenix? Whoever wins the job could look very good.
PF: H.Warrick - Who is going to take minutes from him? He'll fly under the radar on draft day but could easily put up 15/8/50% for a bad team next season.
C: Greg Oden. Between the injuries, most people don't realize what an emmense talent this guy is. At worse he should produce Biedrins/Dalembert type numbers in boards, blocks and FG% but in all likelihood he'll be much, much better than that across the board.
