I was looking for suggestions for things you've done that have worked well for keeper/dynasty leagues and how drafts change accordingly. # of players to keep and do those have any impact on the following year's draft (for instance - if you keep a 3rd round draft pick one year does that take away either your 3rd or even 2nd round the next year)? Any ideas?

Also - does either Yahoo or ESPN automated or semi-automated draft support keeper leagues where certain players become ineligible for drafting?
