If I needed assists yes I would do the trade. I would do it. You don't have a "pure" PG so Kidd would fill that void. I'm not on the J.Kidd bandwagon however, I just think he is going to regress this season.....
I'm so tired of the typical......

Kidd is every bit the all-rounder that Iggy is, and his extra assists are worth far more than Iggy's points. Do the deal.

I would do it

but I think you can squeeze an upgrade on Diaw if you try hard. because iggy's value is higher than kidd right now. but at the end of the season I think they will be very close

Is it a keeper league? If so, of course you hang on to Iggy.

If it's a year by year I'd be looking to try and combo Marvin with someone to try and land a a pure point.

How did he kill you with T/O's...

His first couple months of the season were really bad, but after that he lowered his per game average significantly, infact, to the point were it was among the best in the league... 2.6 a game is fine...

I do agree with you about the low ft% which was unexpected. But the fg% was also related to his poor showing in the first couple of months. He was hitting +47% for the majority of his games after the all star break.

This is interesting. Iggy has the upside to put crazy numbers. On the other hand, J-Kidd averaged 7 rebounds and 9 assists last season. He also shot 80% on free throws and close to 40% on threes. I think you go for it. His stats, mainly his percentages, improved after the trade to Dallas.
