Yahoo Live Draft - Trade Picks During Draft (Question)

I read earlier that in Yahoo Fantasy Basketball, we can trade picks during the draft. It said the same for football but I did not see an icon/function to allow this during the draft. Anyone have their draft done and was able to do this? If so, how?
