Manu a steal?

Manu is rated somewhere in the hundreds, and I picked him up in the 6th round in a 20 team league.
Did I get a steal on him, and would you recommend other fantasy players to pick him up in the later rounds while people sleep on him?
Also, I want to know if Mo Pete is a steal in the 14th round with my last pick.
