Need help evening out my team.

Post#1 » by Hendrix » Wed Oct 22, 2008 9:07 am

So this is my first year playing fantasy basketball. I'm in a 9 cat roto league. I ended up with a bunch of bigs, and just wondering exactly what catagories I should be aiming for help in so I know who to target in a trade, and who I should trade. Also should I get rid of Ginobili since he's out with an ankle injury or just bench him? Guessing assits is one of the areas I'll need to address.

Right now I have.

Kevin Garnett
Al Jefferson
Jermaine O'neal
Chris Kaman
Andrew Bynum
Charlie Villanueva
Richard Jefferson
Manu Ginobili----Out till mid december
Ben Gordan
OJ Mayo

Then the bench has

Chris Wilcox'
Ricky Davis
Rudy Frenandez.

fwiw I got a couple possible offer. J.O'neal for Richard Hamilton. No idea if I should take it. Or Nash, and Nene for J.O and Ginobili.

Thanks

Keep KG....

I would look to get Nash and ______ (not Nene.. another big) for J.O and Ginobili.

Take Nash and Nene for JO and Manu, Nene is prone for huge #s this year if he stays healthy, the big part is the "if he stays healthy." But look at who you're trading for him, Manu who is currently hurt, and JO who is always hurt. I have JO on my team and I value him a good deal, but if you can squeeze Nash out I'd definitely take it as Nene can very well have a better year than JO.
