I'm in a 10-team H2H league with standard 9-category scoring and one extra utility from the standard Yahoo positions. This is the team I drafted with the 4th pick:
PG Jason Kidd (5th round - nice grab considering where I got him IMO... I think the rumors of his decline are great exaggerated)
SG Danny Granger (2nd round - wasn't really comfortable taking him so early, considering I got a similar player in Gay 2 rounds later... I bought into the hype I guess)
G Kevin Durant (6th round - was stoked to get him this late... I expect big things from him this season)
SF Rudy Gay (4th round - also expecting a big season from him)
PF Amare Stoudemire (1st round - absolute beast.)
F Josh Howard (7th round - his recent antics really dropped his value... I think he'll perform like a 3rd/4th round pick this year)
C Pau Gasol (3rd round - was three picks from Al Jefferson who I wanted... an OK consolation prize, although I was tempted to take Josh Smith instead)
C Troy Murphy (12th round - I'm not a big fan of bigs who don't block, but he dropped so far from his ADP, plus I needed a 3rd C-eligible)
Util Corey Maggette (8th round - the pick I regret most. Good value for the round but I have a glut of SG/SF types)
Util Zach Randolph (9th round - not a fan of his game but he's looked pretty good in D'Antoni's offense... solid rebounder at the very least)
Util Charlie Villanueva (12th round - only PF in Mil., and I think he could put up ZBo-lite #'s this year... which makes me kind of regret taking ZBo three rounds earlier)
BN Mike Conley (13th round - I needed a 2nd PG, and I'm a big fan of this kid. I'm hoping for 12/3/5 with maybe one 3-pter per game this year)
BN Manu Ginobili (10th round - I can't wait to get this guy playing in December... seemed like a safer pick over Arenas and Ellis)
BN Thaddeus Young (14th round - I'm not expecting anything amazing from him considering his team's stacked... may drop him for Tyrus Thomas)
I think the most pressing need is a third PG. I'm thinking I should trade one of my swingmen for a decent one, like maybe Corey Maggette for Mo Williams or something. I'm also kind of worried about my blocks, as I'm relying heavily on guys like Gay, Durant, and Granger to supplement what I get from Amare and Gasol. This is making me really hope Tyrus Thomas ends up as the starting PF, in which case I'd drop Thaddeus Young for him. I think that's my most droppable player anyway. What do you guys think?

Re: Fix my team
Well, I got an offer of Jameer Nelson for Thaddeus Young, which I took. I think I'm OK with a PG rotation of Kidd, Nelson, and Conley, with guys like Gasol and Ginobili (eventually) helping out with assists. The only problem now is that I don't know who to drop if I want to pick up Tyrus Thomas, as I think I could use another shotblocker. I think having ZBo and Villanueva is a little redundant, but I think Villanueva's primed for a big enough season that it'd be silly to drop him. Maybe I'll look into doing a 2-for-1 to free up a roster spot, as I don't think either player would get me a good shotblocker on his own.
