Need your Advice and Suggestion, Rate my Team

Hey Guys and Gals,

So I just finished my annual co-worker (Prize MONEY) Fantasy draft, it's highly competitive, H2H, standard 9 cats, with only a max of 35 add/drops total for the year. So you don't have teams adding/ and dropping like a manaic to get extra games especially near the end of the year - Playoffs (where it gets moved to, 2 total add/drops per a week).

Anyways here is my teams:

Round 2 (21): Yao Ming
Round 3 (36): David West
Round 4 (49): Greg Oden
Round 5 (64): Jermaine O'Neal
Round 6 (77): TJ Ford
Round 7 (92): Derrick Rose
Round 8 (105): Manu Ginobili
Round 9 (120): Rafer Alston
Round 10 (133): Ramon Sessions
Round 11 (148): Kyle Korver
Round 12 (161): Linas Kleiza
Round 13 (176): Brandon Bass
Round 14 (189): Jerryd Bayless

So what do you think overall?

I know one of the big issues with this team, it's really injury prone. Anyone I should look to grab off FA? Someone offered me a deal of Billups/and A. Noconni for Greg Oden and Derrick Rose, should I jump on it.

First of all is this 12 teams?

A few things just based on draft:

1. Yao Ming's been going much later in most drafts since he's so injury prone.
2. David West is solid as well as Marion.
3. Oden is a bit of a stretch, I did the same with Oden at 4th, I really hope he's better than Bynum.
4. Chauncey for Oden? Chauncey is far more proven and will get you 3's which your team needs. Rose on the other hand looks very promising, so wait until Rose has more value and then get a better player than Nocioni.

Actually my team is comparable to yours, but mine was autopicked.

13. (150) Udonis Haslem

I did a trade sending Dwight Howard and Tayshaun for Josh Smith and O'Neal, so I just substituted them in.

There are 14 teams in the league, so the waiver wire is slightly limited.

Solid early picks. Reached for the mid picks (Oden, Oneal, Ford) kinda like your Odom pick in FFL. You must really like Rose to draft him at 92nd. Ramon is droppable, the rest are flyer picks. Overall, I don't like this team as it is. Too much unknown for my taste. IMO, most people over value Oden. He might be the next Bill Russell, but not this year. I see him getting 13 pts 10 reb with a block here and there. Decent center, but definitely not worth the 49th pick. Oneal and Ford are gamble picks, hence I would never take them that high, especially TJ.

Right now, this team is border like playoff contender, but you do have some assets and if your gamble pick turns out well, then it should make some noise in the playoff.

Your draft starts out pretty well, but in the middle there are some questionable picks Ramon Sessions in particular is a player you might want to consider dropping.

Check his numbers as a sub then realize that there's no way he's going to average 42 mpg again this year and that he's currently 3rd on the Bucks depth chart behind Ridnour and Charlie Bell and well... I just don't see the value in him unless Ridnour goes down.

Too many injury risks.Oden-Ming-JON-Ford(plus Manu is already out with injury).I think you wont win the league because at least IMO two of these players (not counting Manu) will miss a lot of time due to injury which will hurt you big time.
