Need Advice ASAP; Roster Move

Post#1 » by cochiseuofm » Mon Oct 27, 2008 7:07 pm

Me and my friends are starting our dynasty league tomorrow, six teams which are described on another page, and I am matched up against, what I believe, is the best team. We set our rosters weekly so I can't change my lineup for the week after tomorrow until next week. Right now our lineups are as follows.

Mine

PG - Steve Nash
SG - Kevin Martin
SF - Andre Iguodala
PF - Josh Smith - 2 games
C - Dwight Howard
Util. - Brandon Roy
Util. - Tim Duncan - 2 games

His

PG - Baron Davis
SF - Jason Richardson - 2 games
SF - LeBron James
PF - Dirk Nowitzki - 2 games
C - Andrew Bynum
Util. - Kevin Garnett
Util. - Danny Granger

Right now I am heading for a 7-2 loss based on last season's per game stats (and yes I did factor in games played. All players have 3 games except for the ones with notes by them.) But I only barely lose points, assists and steals. If I sub in Andris Biedrins for Brandon Roy, however, I go to 3-5-1, winning rebounds and tying blocks, but give up any hope of winning points and assists. And I am going to lose FT% no matter what.

The rest of my bench, Devin Harris and Antawn Jamison, are not very useful as they only have 2 games this week. Biedrins has 3.

Does starting Andris and cutting my losses make sense?
