Melo and Kaman for Pierce and Chandler?

What do you guys think? Should I do this trade? it seems like it wouldnt really make a huge difference no matter what, but i want to get some other opinions before i decide.

I like the Melo/Kaman side better. More upside IMO. PP is a safe pickup, but Chandler's injury record scares me. (Not like Kaman's is any better though)

I not sold on Kaman repeating what he did last year. Camby is a rebound machine, and assuming hes in the lineup Kaman's boards will go down. Melo is looking to have a great year though.
I like Chandler a lot and prefer the PP/Chandler side.

I think what im going to do is wait for Melo's suspension to end and then get him and Kaman. Thanks all for the advice.

I'd take the Melo and Kaman side. You lose in 3s and a little bit in asts but Kaman provides more blocks and boards than Chandler does and he shoots better from the charity stripe.

Kaman is going to see his numbers drop when Camby is healthy enough to play... Hell even without Camby there is no way Kaman averages 2.8 bpg this year.
I don't see him averaging 12 rpg either... If FT% isn't something you care about I'd probably take Pierce + Chandler.

Both are quite somewhat equal. I agree that Melo and Kaman have more upside even if Camby is playing. You know what you're getting from Pierce and Chandler's numbers are dictated by his health. Its still early in the season so I'll stand pat if I was you.

Melo is going to put up about 25+ppg on 50% shooting this year, PP is not going to do all season what he did in the first game. PP, KG, and Ray Allen are going to have numbers around the same as they did last season and they're going to be inconsistent in terms of fantasy numbers. Celtics go to the guy who's hot. Id expect around 20ppg numbers for PP. Chandler is definitly better then Kaman though. Expect about 10/10 out of Kaman, and expect Chandler to be around 12/12.
