I need help analyzing my team.

I need some help analyzing my team, I'm in a 14 player competitive league:

Jose Calderon
Kobe Bryant
Sasha Vujacic
Andre Iguodala
Gerald Wallace
Nene Hilario
Emeka Okafor
Andray Blatche
Rajon Rondo
J.R. Smith
Wilson Chandler
Louis Williams
Ronny Turiaf

Right now I feel like outside of steals I have no real strength and would like some advice on what to do. I'm currently exploring a couple of trades in which I part with my injury prone low FT% players (Okafor, Gerald Wallace) to acquire some more 3pt shooters and high FT% guys. I'm not really sure if I can be competitive in rebounds and that's kind of bothering me... On one hand I have high rebounding guards in Kobe, Rondo, and AI2 but my big men aren't exactly that great at rebounding...

Here are some guys on waivers who I'm keeping tabs on:

- Etan Thomas
- Eric Dampier

(Are these guys better than Turiaf? Neither fits my FT% plan, but would they be enough to make my team competitive in rebounds?)

- Charlie Bell

(He's basically your do-it-all utility guy, assuming he brings his FG% up from last year which is not out of the realm of possibilites)

*Last note: I'm fairly confident Wilson Chandler will breakout this year, and will eventually be rewarded with PF elgibility does anyone else have any thoughts on him?
