Mayo for J O'Neal?

I'm new to the whole fantasy basketball thing. Playing in a H2H 14 team league (9 categories), so it's tough trying to find some diamond in the rough that's left on waivers.

My team is:
PG Rose
SG Mayo
G T. Parker
SF LeBron
PF Hilario
F S Jackson
C Hawes
C Przybilla
Util Azubuike
Util Jianlian
BN W Chandler
BN Ginobli (INJ)
BN Arenas (INJ)

Obviously I'm hamstrung a little with Ginobili and Arenas being injured. I'm keen to hold on to them (at least Ginobili), and am looking to trade Mayo for a pf/c type player.

So, I''ve been offered Mayo for O'Neal. What do you think?
