Worst decision you've ever made?

Mine comes from this past draft. In the 10th round, OJ Mayo was still on the board and I drafted Jameer Nelson. Anything as bad?
btw, this can be from the draft, trade or waivers.

-Take Gilbert Arenas in the 2nd round, even though I knew he wont be back until mid December. Should be able to get him in 4th round as well.
-Need a center. Take Darko Milicic insteadl of Marc Gasol. I think I made that up by taking Udonis Haslem in the last round. He just got his center eligibility today. Making the pick even sweeter.

I suppose it'd be not adding certain players off waivers during the season. Last year I really regretted taking KG #1 overall. It's hard to complain about a terrible decision in the late round of drafts, it's really a crapshoot at that point.

Check out Jameer's performance last night. In 35 minutes played, he was 6-12 from the field (1-4 from 3-point land) and 3-3 from the line.
16 PTS 4 REB 9 AST 2 STL 3 TO.
That better than his first few games. I know Mayo's scoring, especially his 3-point touch, is outstanding for a rookie. I don't think taking Jameer over Mayo is a huge bad move, Mayo is in a tough Western conference and is in for a long season with Memphis.
For worst decision, I guess that would be dropping Ben Gordon a couple of years ago because he lost his starting job. Imagine my surprise when his production went up coming off the bench for the Bulls.

ok i just really like kg beacuse i think he's a more consistent player than amare and he can put up more steals and blocks, but i dont know, i think it was a bad decision. also nash over dwight?? dropping rudy fernandez for milsap?? i can make a case for every one, but right now it's looking like pretty bad decisions.

I pretty much have Roger Mason Jr. replacing Nelson which isn't impressive at all.

Last year, when i pick gasol in the first round. i almost forget that decision. Also, you have to add i picked Kevin durant, i was expecting something more from him.
this year? well, i could say i risk a bit with the monta ellis pick, he fell really late in my draft and i took him, i can wait till december but im not sure how he'll play

Taking Granger over KG in the first round.
---
Sike, that's working out great.
But seriously, taking Devin Harris in the 4th Round hasn't yielded the returns I was hoping for. It's early, though.
And I think I took Kirilenko in the 2nd Round the year his production dropped off a cliff...whatever year that was.
Okafor has burned me a couple times, both through trades and the draft.

some_rand, how come you didn't return to the raptors realgm league from last season. i remember that cp3 pick--it was a steal.
One great pick I made was two seasons ago: I drafted Deron Williams in the last round and we know the rest of the story.
But I want to focus on the terrible decisions that we've made!

CP3 at 20..................same league in which Jason Kidd went #1 overall.

I won't leech who the GM was............unless he comes here and admits it himself.

I made my pre-draft list last season when I accidentally put Marc Gasol instead of Pau Gasol. Not to mention it was during the 3rd round
