This should be a running list of Players who are in a slump, have a particularly bad game, or recently injured that could be snagged from another team for a value less than what he will be worth once returning to normal status... if that ever happens; excluding obvious ones like Arenas and Ellis, who are guys that fit this bill? If you want to give an explanation it'd be helpful...
Kevin Durant, been giving eh %s and not blocking/boarding the way he will be AS break
Tony Parker, was playing out of his mind, teams that had him were relying on him, now out for a month and owners in a panic you may be able to snag him with someone producing well right now
Brad Miller, everyone is like "SPENCER HAWES," but im like "BRAD MILLER"
Al Harrington, definitely a gamble, but owners are trying to unload... get 'em now before hes an overproductive knick.

I find it very difficult to make any trades at all let alone buy low. GMs will sell at draft position regardless of current play, because they know you are trying to buy low, so they keep that in mind.

Yeah, Iguodala was the first name that came to my head. I tried to swing a deal for him in a couple leagues, but they were declined.
Btw, "SPENCER HAWES"

Well first off.. the all-ankle sprain team composed of Tony Parker, Michael Redd, Deron Williams, Manu Ginobili, and Kirk Hinrich.
Then there is the "Wake me up when december ends duo": Gilbert Arenas and Monta Ellis
Then there is Lamar Odom, who I think will end up having better stats than what he is having right now. Because at the end of the day, he is the fourth best player in that squad. And he is on his contract year right now.
Don't buy that Andre Iguodala crap. There is no way AI2 can regain his stats he got last season. Last year stats was bloated because he was the go to guy last season for the Sixers. (this is comming from a Sixer Fan)
I also don't think Al Harrington can enjoy that much scoring freedom he had with the GSW. But he is still a good player to "buy low" right now.
