who wins this 2for2 trade

I'm in a 20 team league, 9 cats..
I'm losing badly right now and I am in 17th place..but I blame it due to the fact I have an injured Deron Williams, Kevin Martin, Manu Ginobili, and most recently, Jermaine O'neal.
A guy in my league proposed this trade for me and I was wondering if I should take it.
I give: Jermaine O'Neal and Samuel Dalembert
I get: Corey Maggette and Kenyon Martin
Pull the trigger? Wait it out? Sup?
