Kevin Garnett/Rudy Gay for Carmelo Anthony/Shawn Marion

Hey guys first time posting thought I could get some insight from this board. So heres the deal, I've been offered KG and Gay for Melo and Marion. I'm in an ESPN 7 team roto league (I think thats what it is, I'm kinda new to this), currently ranked 3rd and my roster consists of:

Joe Johnson
Melo
Josh Smith
Pau Gasol
Allen Iverson
Shawn Marion
Chris Kaman
Nene
Ron Artest
TJ Ford
Brad Miller
Wilson Chandler

With Melo's shooting woes and elbow trouble is it still too early to give up on him? If Marion is traded would his value drastically sky rocket or is he on the last leg of his career? The categories I seem to be lacking in are rebounding and scoring; although not by a whole lot.
