Simulation Leagues?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this but it seems more appropriate than the others. Has anyone ever ran a team in a simulation league? You basically act as GM of a team, make trades with other teams (who are ran by people like you), try to sign free agents, etc, and the seasons are simulated. Most people use a game like NBA Live 09 or 2K9 to simulate the seasons and post the results.
I've been creating a very professional simulation league, and already have a few people interested from doing it in the past. It will start out with a fantasy draft, and then start simming and trading, etc. I'm not going to post a link to anything yet, I was just wondering if anyone was interested in joining. I'll check back here.
