Meh.

I had him last year and he was not that good. He's a typical shooter you take the good with the bad. If you need 3's then yeah take him.

Even when he does finally come back he will need a lot of time to get some rhythm .

Wouldn't touch him yet, there are too many players around at his position (SG/SF) in Portland, so Portland doesn't desperately need him. There's Roy and Fernandez who share minutes at the 2 and Outlaw and Batum sharing minutes at the 3, so I don't see too much time left for Webster, especially not since he's coming back from an injury.

But he is better than Outlaw and Batum so he should eventually get minutes.

I have him in my dynasty league. I think by the end of the season he will rightfully be a starter but that is a ways down the road.

I don't think I'd pick him up in a standard 12 team 13 player league.

In a deep league, he's definitely worth a pick up. In standard leagues, I don't think so. At least not yet.
