i was offered boozer + beasley for gay + ariza. the question is whether boozer is worth taking a flier on. knee surgery is never good, but it is a contract year for him...

Absolutely not. He's out for at least another month... And with Millsap performing well, they won't rush him back.

Boozer is a real gamble. He may be out longer than what most people think.

This is my current lineup in my league. I'm currently in first place but other teams are trailing close. Boozer's been on the bench for quite a long time now.

Should I waive him now?

I'm thinking about getting Charlie Villanueva off waivers.

Tricky one, I don't know, I guess no one knows. It all depens on when Boozer comes back... I would first look to trade him before I would release him, someone might want him.

I'm in the same situation; I have Boozer on my team and wondering what to do. I think he'll come back strong but the question is, how long will all this take? I think he's worth hanging onto to though. Especially if he starts playing out of mind towards the end of the season to boost his value for this summer.

Most Jazz fans think he's milking his injury and should create an idea about teams signing him to a long-term deal after he opts out (that's what Booz is planning to) because of his ability to produce 20 and 10 a night.

Anyway, somebody wants him for Carmelo Anthony. Should I go for it? I have Thornton and Green but they can play the 4. Perhaps I should bench Thornton or Green?

Thanks! :D

Do it. With Melo you're sure that he will miss another three weeks, but Boozer can be out even longer...
