What to do with this mess?

Kind of botched a few things with this team...
So I drafted Shackattck and Jameer Nelson this year and dropped them. Also drafted Mike Miller and Sammy D and kept them. Still in 3rd by a thread. I thought the league was mine after the draft, here's whats left.
