I searched yahoo but couldnt find anything with that regard.
However I found a thread in rotoworld where someone asks the same question.

The answer is in short that the maximum moves per week is not for the calendar week but for the yahoo week so you have 4 moves for the entire extended fantasy basketball week.

Thanks Nostradamus. I was in a bit of a bind when Manu went down and my flyer on Al Thornton backfired so I only have 2 moves left right now... Which I'll now probably save until the final few days of the fantasy basketball season.
