Re: Griffin
It will be interesting to see what they do with Camby, Randolph and Kaman. I doubt he'll end up in the top 100 by the end of the year.

Re: Griffin
I beg to differ. I'm 100% sure that they will trade at least one, possibly two) of the Camby/Kaman/Randolph and rebuild around Gordon-Griffin. I expect Griffin to be 16/9 type of player with very good fg% although his defensive stats wont be great and his ft% will hurt some of his value. IMO he will end up in top-70 range in his rookie season when all is said and done.

Re: Griffin
I look at Emeka Okafor's stats from last year, that's where I think Griffin will be, with perhaps more points and less blocks. I don't see him putting up gaudy enough stats to keep him in the top 100 with that FT%.
Well sure, I think that's reasonable if the Clippers do trade two of their front line players. But for me, a 16/9 (which, for the record I think is being generous) player with poor defensive stats and a horrendous FT% would be lucky to crack the top 100.

Re: Griffin
For sure Blake will have a starting job, no way Dunleavy buries him behind three other bigs. But even with heavy minutes, I don't see him scoring a whole ton more than Beasley did. A block isn't outta the question, but I feel if he can keep his TO's down his likely minimal returns in points/rbs/defense will be far more valuable in a sort of Anontio McDyess type of way

Re: Griffin
His defensive stats wont be outstanding but I doubt he will block a shot once a week as Randoolph does. IMO he will average around 0.8 bpg and 0.8 spg

Re: Griffin
Look at where Beasley was drafted in most competitive leagues last year... Griffin should probably go a couple of picks higher.

Re: Griffin
Well, the question was impact. Beasley's ADP on yahoo! was around 86, but he finished the year outside the top 150.

I wasn't even aware of that... I guess the leagues I drafted in were made up of more intelligent people like myself

86... Ew...

Re: Griffin
FT% will be horrendous, somewhere in the 60s if that (he's been under that in college)
Won't block too many shots.
Basically looking like an Okafor 08-09 or a rookie Amare
