I've been looking at the rankings and Im very curious which players would you take higher in H2H leagues than Roto. I really wish someone could make a ranking list based on H2H.
Anyways all I got so far is
Dwight Howard
he goes from a 4-5th round value to a 1st/2nd round value in H2H

I think any player with obvious weaknesses is better in H2H than in roto. Dwight Howard is probably the most obvious example that jumps out. There are endless possibilities for other players.
You can build teams around strengths and weaknesses (punting) in H2H more easily than in roto. For example, if you punt FG%, all of the sudden a bunch of players leap up the standings. Stephen Jackson is a good example. S-Jax was ranked 57th overall for 9 Cat, according to BBM. Re-run the rankings with FG% omitted and Jackson is ranked 26th overall. A very significant jump indeed.
Depending on which cat you choose to punt, certain players' rankings change dramatically. The most common punts IMO are FG%, FT%, 3PTM, and TOs.

Agree with above. Players values increase depending on strategy implemented in h2h. Another cateogry that is also punted is asts, though usually that affects drafting strategy and not player values.
Also, depending on strategies, certain players will increase in value because of their strengths and weaknesses relative to their position. Of course, keep in mind that h2h value is relative to the rest of your team. If the rest of your team is strong 3's and ft% but weak in fg%, Howard probably doesn't nearly as rank high for you as compared to an Okur or Barg nani.

There are a lot of high turnover, low FG% players who get can get a nice boost if your playing small ball
Stephan Jackson
Raymond Felton
Jamal Crawford
Chris Duhon
Baron Davis
Hedo Turkoglue
Rafer Alston
Mario Chalmers
and if your playing small ball, you need a C who shoots 3's so these guys can become 4th rounders! depending on strategy, huge Boost to there values.
Mehmet Okur
Rasheed Wallace
Al Harrington
Bargnani
Troy Murphy
The opposite applies to big ball,
