Question regarding Franchise League

Or whatever they're called...where can I find fantasy leagues in which you pick an NBA team, draft six of its players, then whoever's left? I mean, how do I start one, not join. Thanks in advance.

Well there is no place that offers such gameplay as far as I know.
PASPN.net gives you full control over an NBA team(with salaries etc.)
Otherwise you have to conduct an offline draft on a message board for such a league and then set the rosters accordingly on yahoo or ESPN.
