i dont know what catagories i will do well in or fail.
the scoring system is
fg% ft% 3ptm points assists rebounds blocks steals turn overs
i think i might be lacking in assists, but williams iverson and hedo should do allright.

Pts: Slightly above average
Rebounds:Elite
Assists: Below average
Steals:Below average
Blocks:Elite
FG%:Above average
FT%:Above average
3's:Average
Turnovers:Average
My recommendation would be to tank assists and steals completely to solidfy yourself in Points/FG%/3's. Hence trading Hedo(you wont be competitive in assists anyhow and his fg% will hurt your team);Deron(if you tank assists,he loses majority of his value);Iverson(the same as Hedo) for scorers who hits 3's and have high fg%/low turnovers(to name a few : Salmons,Nelson,J-rich,Ray Allen,Mo Williams,Ben Gordon,PP,Barbosa,Terry) Bargnani would be a good fit to your team too.
