Drop T-Mac and sign who?....

I'm going to drop T-Mac after finding out that he'll start PRACTICING late November 
Out of these players, who do you think will provide me with a good amount of assists and 3 Pointers?
Raymond Felton
Randy Foye
Richard Hamilton
Louis Williams
Also does anyone know if Al Jefferson is injured yet again, and will he play anytime soon? Cuz I have him, and I'm planning to trade him before anyone in my league finds out.
