How I'm not gonna win it all in a cakewalk.....and what do I need to get better? Think I need a dominant big but kinda banking on Anthony Randolph and Aldridge to make big jumps this year. Also thinking I could stay as is and just punt rebounds and TO's. Still would have a chance with blocks if I pick up Turiaf off waivers.

Your C's are thin and you have too many guards. Trade for some size.

Way too small for my liking. You need rebounds and blocks...too many guards and undersized centers.
