Is it safe to start Josh Howard yet?

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated 
J. Smith has been doing awesome for me but ATL are only playing 3 games this week with one being at Boston
J.Howard didn't do so bad his first game back and they have 4 game scheduled against mediocre teams
who should I start?
