help. How to remove owners from Yahoo league

hi everyone. i have a question on how to remove owners from my league because they are not active, and how to add new owners to take the old team?
I can't find any options on this

you need to write to yahoo and let them know you are the commissioner and give them your league's ID, the original and replacement manager's ids and let them know you want them to do the replacement. they will reply to you and do it for you.
